Why aren't U.S. Muslim leaders doing enough to weed out radicalization within the Islamic community?

Who says it's their job? Are there a lot of baptist preachers investigating their congregations in case one of them wants to shoot an abortion doctor or blow up a federal building? What the hell do we have cops for.
