How to fix internet connection on a jailbroken ipod touch?

i just jailbroken my ipod touch 4g yesterday, and today,, my internet connection kept going "out" out of nowhere like every 2 minutes.. it kept telling me that there was no internet connection but yet my wi-fi bars were full. So now, it doesnt work at all (as in the internet). PLEASE HELP ME! ....SOON
