Penalties for Underage Drinking in Ohio?

I just turned 18 years old last week on Thursday. I recently went for a walk at the Pier with a friend late at night and not really thinking anything of it, I was stupid I know, I had two beers in my possession, one open and the other closed. While walking back to the car to leave, a State Park officer stopped us, arrested us, and charged possession of an open container, and underage drinking on me. This is my first offense, I have had a clean record before this. Please tell me what the possible penalties could be for this and how much a potential lawyer would cost for this case, thank you.
