What would you say to this person if you were in a consumer advocacy group in your community?

This person went to a skin doctor for this rash on her arm. He gave her a prescription for an ointment, which she had filled at her local pharmacy. After using the ointment as directed for a week, she noticed that the rash was getting worse. When she called the doctor, he told her that her beef was with the pharmacy, not him - then he hung up the phone. She's since been to the pharmacy, but the pharmacy contends he was simply following the doctor's order and that his hands were tied. She feels as though she is caught in the middle.
