What Is more suitable Xbox 360 slim or Sony PS3?

I have something on my mind that's keep bothering because my old modded xbox 360 can't play the new assassin's creed brotherhood and i was thinking of buying a new gaming console Tha Original xbox 360 slim Is good and because it looks more cooler with kinect and have Wi-Fi and stuff but it charges money if you want to play on Xbox live And at Original Sony PS3 have cool graphics but slow Frame rate and you can play online For free But there are exclusive games on xbox 360 and PS3 so what is more good?
