It's a little bit long, you might cut off the third paragragh 'I demonstrated' and summarize the fourth into one or two sentences. I love the last paragragh, but you might say 'I'm looking forward to the opportunity to interview with you to discuss my potential with your firm' because it's more active. Good luck.
