You can say how it is important for students to understand the importance of the environment and the school community. Adress that if one student is allowed to litter, their peers will follow. When there is garbage in a school, it decreases its professionalism, and the students will further depreciate the building- encouraging graffiti, destroying school property, etc. It also gives parents a bad message that their children are attending such a filthy school and would think bad of the teachers teaching there.
