How to work in women's rights?

I currently work in public relations and I do not have a passion for helping our luxury clients. The older I get the more this burning desire to work in women's rights advocacy keeps getting more intense. I am at a loss though how to transition careers. When I ask myself the question, "If money wasn't an issue, what would I do?" I KNOW full heartedly that I would want to make a difference in women's lives, and empower girls of all ages to reach their potentials and have their voices heard. Please any advice is appreciated.
