Has anyone done a Spanish immersion program in Ecuador?

I will be a college graduate from San Diego State University in May and was planning to spend 4-5 months in a Spanish speaking country in Latin America right after graduation. Since 'im looking into programs where i would have to pay, I was also looking to get some volunteer/internship work while also learning the language. I plan on getting into the non-profit sector doing advocacy work in the States when I come back and learning Spanish is of great importance to me! If anyone can recommend a good program that would be outstanding! thanks!
